If you have your own bags, great! If not, we can provide strong 70L bags for 500 HUF each.

Where do you offer pickup?

What happens to the collected waste?

Clean rubble is delivered to an official inert waste facility, in an environmentally friendly and documented manner.

Data collected and its sources: We process information you voluntarily provide through the godisittes.hu contact form, by email or telephone, or through Meta Lead Ads (Instant Forms) on Facebook and Instagram. This may include your name, telephone number, email address, pickup location, details of the waste to be collected, enquiry details, requested dates and relevant correspondence notes.

Purposes and legal bases: We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, arrange appointments and organise and fulfil waste removal services. The legal basis for pre-contractual steps and performance of a contract is GDPR Article 6(1)(b); statutory invoicing and record-keeping obligations are based on Article 6(1)(c). Separate promotional messaging requires an appropriate additional legal basis.

Meta leads and CRM: Enquiries submitted through Facebook or Instagram advertising forms are received via Meta and recorded in the Gödi Sittes internal customer relationship management (CRM) system. Access is restricted to authorised personnel who need the information to respond, provide a quotation or manage an order.

Processors and external services: Relevant services may include Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Facebook/Instagram lead forms), FormSubmit (website form delivery), email and hosting providers, and Google services. The website also uses Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and Google Maps/Places, which may process technical data such as IP addresses and online identifiers. Some providers may process or transfer data outside the European Economic Area; their privacy notices provide further information on applicable safeguards.

Retention: Where an enquiry does not lead to an order, enquiry and CRM contact details are retained for no more than 12 months after the last substantive exchange unless needed for a legal claim. Data related to completed contracts is retained for the applicable claims period, and accounting documents for the legally required period of at least 8 years.

Your rights and complaints: You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, data portability; you may also object to processing where the legal basis allows.
